Bi-2 (Би-2) is a Belarusian alternative rock band formed in 1988 in Babruysk, then Belarusian SSR. The band was founded by two young enthusiasts, Aleksandr "Shura" Uman and Yegor "Lyova" Bortnik, who combined their love for music and stage. What began as a boyhood dream in Babruysk grew into one of the most successful rock bands with numerous sales records and hit singles in Russia. Their name, originally 'Bratya po Oruzhiyu' (Brothers in Arms), evolved into 'Bereg Istini' (Bank of Truth), eventually leading to the acronym Bi-2.
This year, Bi-2 kicks off their "All The Best" tour. This tour, named after their recent album, brings an updated version of their greatest hits to the stage. Their album 'All The Best Vol. 1,' released in February, is a reissue of their timeless classics, re-recorded with the original arrangements and enriched with groundbreaking technologies. With their previous 'Hallelujah World Tour,' Bi-2 conquered more than 30 countries and played over 60 shows. Now, with the new tour about to begin, the band members are excited to explore new countries, enchant new cities and meet new fans. Despite all these new adventures, Bi-2's core remains the same: an indestructible belief in love, indomitable energy and a fiery passion for rock 'n' roll.
