Carnival may be behind us, but De Gierboys will effortlessly drag you right back into the polonaise.
In late 2025, the band hit the studio to record their debut album “Ontmaskerd”: a concept album that feels like an absurdist sci-fi/fantasy opera. In this musical journey, all layers of Carnival are dissected and rebuilt. Expect a quirky mix of styles, where oompah flows into Irish folk, cumbia, and punk, only to land in a surprisingly sentimental tearjerker.
Zeldzame is on the bill as the opening act: an artist who ventures off the beaten path with raw, energetic, and idiosyncratic rap. His unfiltered lyrics and playful, experimental flows make his music a direct and personal outlet—unpredictable and impossible to pigeonhole.
