The 22-year-old artist from South Carolina began releasing music on SoundCloud in 2021 and quickly emerged as one of the most exciting names in the new underground scene. Following the breakout success of ‘Cts-V’, he further developed his signature sound through projects such as Osama Season and Flex Musix, blending maximalist drums, distorted basslines, synths and melodic hooks.
From Jump Out to psykotic
OsamaSon reached a new milestone in 2025 with Jump Out. The album debuted on the Billboard 200, earned an 8.2 rating and Best New Music distinction from Pitchfork, and received coverage from outlets including Rolling Stone, Complex and The FADER. Less than a year later, he returns with psykotic, largely recorded during his U.S. tour. The project revisits the experimental energy of his early work while further cementing his place among the artists shaping the future of underground rap.
