'The Tilburg’ Miracles'
From Friday 8 May, the ‘Stichting Straat’ will be visiting the Theresia neighbourhood. The ‘Metropolitan Museum’ is joining in with an exhibition on miracles – miracles from Tilburg.
Miracles
Five artists, Guus Voermans, Ad van Iersel, Simon Haen, Sjon Brands and Martijn de Boer, have passionately engaged with supernatural phenomena. From a bleeding statue, the eternal blessing, a floating Virgin Mary, the Ascension of the Lord, a searching hermit, right through to the canonisation of a well-known Tilburg legend.
