The Warandeloop
Every last weekend in November, Tilburg is dominated by the Warandeloop: an international running event in Stadsbos 013, close to Tilburg University. For three days, thousands of runners and spectators come together, with around 5,000 participants and 6,000 fans lining the course.
Extensive competition programme
The Warandeloop's varied race programme offers a suitable challenge for every age and every level. From youth and school runs to recreational distances such as the 5 and 10 kilometres, and even business runs for company teams. On Friday evening, there is the atmospheric Warande by Night, a special run through the illuminated forest. On Sunday 30 November, the Dutch Cross Country Championships will start in Stadsbos 013.
Practical information
Registration will start in early September. The exact date will be announced on De Warandeloop's social media channels and in its newsletter.
