WIES brings songs from the new album AH! to 013 alongside fan favourites. Expect an energetic live show filled with Dutch indie pop, personal stories and captivating songs.
Van intiem naar meeslepend
With its unmistakable blend of Dutch-language indie pop, chanson-inspired songwriting and electronic influences, WIES has carved out a unique place in the Dutch music scene. Ever since the debut single ‘Soms Is Het Te Laat’, the trio has stood out by pairing deeply personal lyrics with a colourful and versatile sound. Songs such as ‘Radiostilte’, ‘Maar Ik Doe Het Toch’ and ‘Meisje’ showcase that signature style.
From Intimate to Expansive
Released in spring 2026, the band's third studio album AH! is described by WIES as a collage of a quarter-life crisis. Its songs explore finding and losing friendship and love, while reflecting on the worries and dilemmas that come with life. Musically, the band ventures further into raw, edgy territory, yet still moves effortlessly between intimate, understated moments and sweeping, powerful arrangements. At 013, audiences can look forward to hearing new tracks such as ‘Drijfzand’ and ‘Ik Geloof Dat Wij Iets Delen’, alongside the songs that have helped WIES build an ever-growing fanbase over the past few years.
