Alma Broodlab is a bakery/patisserie with a tearoom located on the beautiful Piushaven.
Everything here is handmade: from honest sourdough bread and baguettes without additives, to crispy croissants and refined pastries. From 11 a.m., the menu also includes filled focaccias, whose flavors —like the pastries —change with the seasons.
The bakery works mainly with organic ingredients and, where possible, chooses products from local farmers and producers.
An atmospheric place with southern influences, where craftsmanship and quality always come first.
