Since 2012, Willem-Jan Goosen has been wielding the culinary sceptre in this kitchen. Inspired by his old teachers and trips within Europe, you will find that classic European cuisine is key in this restaurant.
At St. Sjaak, cooking is still done the old-fashioned way. Which is also the main theme of the menu. So this is the place for real classics. In addition, of course, delicious seasonal dishes are prepared. And as icing on the cake: St. SJaak is open no less than 7 days a week!
