The Brasserie gets its name from the owner, Sophie, whose birthday is on Valentine's Day. Valentijn is friendly, open, personal and hospitable. A lovely place to stop during a cycling tour for a nice cup of coffee and piece of cake. If you stop in later in the day, you can enjoy a dinner with wonderful seasonal and fresh ingredients.
