National Stargazing Days in Spoorpark (Friday)
During the national Star Gazing Days, the Spoorpark is transformed into an open observatory.
Look up and discover the starry sky above Tilburg
WEGA sets up several telescopes on the boulevard near the Remise, where you are invited to view planets, constellations and perhaps even distant galaxies. Between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m., the team is on hand to guide you. In case of inclement weather, the programme will be moved indoors to the Spoorpark building, where you will be given a brief and accessible presentation about the starry sky. Whether you are looking through a telescope for the first time or want to learn more about the universe, this is the perfect opportunity to observe, ask questions, and enjoy the magic of the night.
