Pakje Kunst Pop-up
Pakje Kunst is celebrating its 10th anniversary from 31 October to 15 November 2026 with a special pop-up shop, an anniversary exhibition and various other activities.
About the Pakje Kunst anniversary
The anniversary will be celebrated with a Pakje Kunst Pop-Up Store on Stadhuisplein. What’s on display? Mini/MAXI exhibitions by regional artists, the MuseumKast, a special anniversary vending machine and a window exhibition at Studio De Gruyter (Gasthuisring 5, Tilburg) on the history of the initiative. The Pakje Kunst initiative was conceived and launched in Tilburg in 2016 by artist Ro-Nalt Schrauwen. The concept involves old, converted mechanical cigarette vending machines that dispense boxes containing local miniature art. There are now dozens of these vending machines throughout the Netherlands.
