The Lab
From September 11 to 15, 2025, Body of Art presents The Lab in collaboration with various artists and creatives at the Koepelhal in Tilburg. The Lab is a sensory experience in which sound, light, space and movement distort perception.
This is the first time that such a large art installation as The Lab will descend for several days in the heart of the city of Tilburg. Body of Art presents The Lab for the first time in Tilburg, and will subsequently also be experienced in Utrecht and Eindhoven, among others.
By moving around in a changing decor that is built on an area of about 2100m2 you will be immersed in a new world. A world that swallows and encloses you, in which getting lost seems inevitable, and senses are disrupted and tested. In this in-between space you become detached from existing walls, you change from spectator to main character, and you break with rules and expectations. You examine your own thinking, to ultimately ask the collective question: Where are we going?
