Who are the entrepreneurs?

Rosalie was founded by three entrepreneurs from Tilburg, each with their own specialism. Bart Kolen develops the concept, is responsible for the menu and cooks on an open fire, Bud Stubbe manages the business and the team, and John Mouthaan takes care of marketing and sales. Together, they bring this hotspot on Korte Heuvel in Tilburg to life.
