Who are the entrepreneurs?
Rosalie was founded by three entrepreneurs from Tilburg, each with their own specialism. Bart Kolen develops the concept, is responsible for the menu and cooks on an open fire, Bud Stubbe manages the business and the team, and John Mouthaan takes care of marketing and sales. Together, they bring this hotspot on Korte Heuvel in Tilburg to life.

In addition, you will find an extensive range of speciality beers on tap, in bottles and cans, and we regularly organise beer tastings with varying themes and breweries. The spacious, heated terrace under the trees at the top of the Korte Heuvel is an atmospheric place to enjoy food and drinks in the heart of Tilburg. Thanks to its location right next to Poppodium 013, Rosalie is the ideal place to complete your concert visit or night out.
