Who are the entrepreneurs?
"Three entrepreneurs from Tilburg. Bart Kolen is responsible for the concept and kitchen, Bud Stubbe for the front of house, operations, and team, and John Mouthaan for marketing and sales."

"At any time of the day, you can drop in for a bite and a drink. Surprising, accessible, and 'super' tasty. With excellent (organic) wine and a generous selection of canned, bottled, and draught beer, there's something for everyone. We also offer various tastings with our rotating assortment of craft beers."
What makes Rosalie so special?
"All our dishes are prepared on the open fire. We change our menu daily with honest and high-quality meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes, allowing for delightful variety. The spacious, heated terrace at the head of Korte Heuvel provides a cozy setting. A visit can be perfectly combined with a visit to 013 or a night out in Tilburg due to this great location."
What is typically Tilburgian about Rosalie?
"We are three Tilburg entrepreneurs who are proud of Tilburg. We welcome all developments in the various atmospheric areas (Spoorzone, Dwaalgebied, Piushaven, squares, city forum), and we want to contribute to the revitalization of the square in front of Belle Vue. A square under the trees at the head of Korte Heuvel and next to 013.
We gladly contribute to all important Tilburg events such as Carnival, Roadburn, Hap Stap, Tilburg Fair, Red Hair Day, and regularly organize activities ourselves (Bar Take Overs, Beer Tastings, and Summer Sessions with acoustic music on the terrace). We love Willem II and support the club wholeheartedly.
We believe Tilburg has a lot to offer and want to contribute to the connection between Tilburg residents, students, tourists, concert-goers, and between the different areas of the city. We offer Tilburg hospitality and high-quality food prepared by our chefs on the open fire."
